MANILA, Philippines – Stephan Schrock and Neil Etheridge banner the Philippine Azkals’ 30-man coaching staff for the AFC Asian Cup 2023 qualifiers from June 8-14 in Mongolia.
The Philippine men’s soccer team’s management on Friday inspected the training team under return coach Thomas Dooley.
National team mainstay Schrock and Birmingham City goalkeeper Etheridge will reunite with the American coach.
Bundesliga players Gerrit Holtmann, Bienvenido Marañon, Carli de Murga and Jefferson Tabinas were also in the pool.
Completing the 30-person pool were Amani Aguinaldo, Mike and Manuel Ott, Dennis Villanueva, Oskari Kekkonen, Jesse Curran, OJ Porteria, Patrick Reichelt, Sandro Reyes, Dylan De Bruycker, Oliver Bias, Dennis Chung, Diego Bardanca, Daisuke Sato, Miguel Mendoza, Jaime Rosquillo, Matthew Nierras, Mark Hartmann, Ivan Ouano, Jhan-Jhan Melliza, Kenshiro Daniels and other goalkeepers Anthony Pinthus, Kevin Ray Hansen, and Quincy Kammeraad.
The men’s national football team is scheduled to face Yemen, Mongolia and Palestine in Group B.
The Azkals will practice until June 3 before flying to Mongolia.
